Forms and Email Processing

We use SureForms and SureMail in WordPress, connected with Brevo (email delivery). For reliability and audit, form entries and mail logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted from the site. Copies that you send/receive in your own mailbox may remain according to your mailbox retention settings.

How Long We Keep Data

  • Client records and engagement files: for the duration of the engagement and as required by professional and legal obligations.
  • Analytics and cookie data: according to the cookie’s lifetime or until you clear cookies.
