The Common Problem
There are common themes when talking to prospective clients:

- “I don’t speak to them throughout the year.”
- “My business has grown but the service hasn’t changed.”

The Beginning
Why I Started Easy Admin Online
When I started Easy Admin Online (EAO) I wanted it to be different. I wanted to build something that gave companies the support they needed. I wanted to reach companies that were at the point of needing extra help, but didn’t yet have the resource to employ someone to do it. I wanted to provide the kind of support that was on the same level as having an employee—
- Someone that knew the company
- Someone that understood the business
- Someone that got to know the people involved
- Someone who wanted them to reach their goals as much as they did
So that is what I did… and along came Easy Admin Online.
Foundations
My Early Career
In my early career, I had several accounting and administrative roles while qualifying as an AAT Accountant. These roles were within a wide range of companies:
- From small companies struggling with cashflow—living month to month, always concerned whether invoices would be paid in time to cover staff wages.
- To larger companies in luxury designer clothing and pharmaceutical distribution—turning over millions, where sales and cashflow weren’t an issue. The challenges here were meaningful reporting, accurate invoicing, and streamlining cost controls.
Experience & Growth
What I Learned
What I developed was a set of skills that were required regardless of the size of the business—and a love for anything financial or process related.
In each company I worked with, I was able to improve what was already in place:
- From accurate sales invoicing & pricing strategies (you’d be surprised how many large businesses don’t bill clients correctly, losing thousands in revenue).
- To making savings through better processes—cost control measures, effective regular reporting, and staffing efficiencies.
